- Probate Assistance
Guiding you through the paperwork with ease so you can focus on what matters most
At Legal Drafting Solutions, we provide document assistance for simple probate estates. Our goal is to help you prepare the necessary paperwork to navigate the probate process on your own, without the high costs of full legal representation
How Our Process Works
01
Consultation to Assess Your Needs
The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. During this session, we’ll discuss the specifics of your estate, what documents you may need, and how we can assist with preparing them.
02
Document Preparation
Once we understand your needs, we’ll assist with preparing the necessary probate documents for a straightforward estate.
Please note: We are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice. We do not assist with contested probate matters. If we determine that your case requires legal representation, we’ll refer you to one of our trusted attorney partners.
03
How to Get Started
After your consultation, we’ll send you an email with detailed instructions on how to get started. This will include what documents we need from you and how to securely send them over to us.
04
Document Assistance Only
We help with the preparation of probate documents, including petitions, inventories, and other filings.
Since we are not attorneys, we cannot file your documents for you. You’ll be responsible for filing the documents directly with the court.
05
For Simple Estates & Smaller Budgets
This service is for individuals with straightforward estates who want to navigate the process themselves but need help with document preparation. It’s also ideal for clients with a smaller budget who don’t require full legal representation.
What We Can Help With:
- Petition drafting (for simple estates)
- Inventory preparation
- Probate-related forms and documents
- Assistance with understanding your paperwork (no legal advice)

Let us take the burden of document preparation off your shoulders, so you can focus on what really matters handling the personal aspects of probate.
